Can I return my item?

How do I start a return?

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Our team will confirm if your item is eligible and guide you through the next steps.
Who covers return shipping?
  • Return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.
  • If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll take care of the return shipping.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
  • North Island: 1–2 working days from dispatch
  • South Island: up to 3 working days
  • Rural addresses may take an extra day
What if my item is out of stock?
  • If something becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to sort a solution.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
  • Let us know as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
  • Pre-orders are final once placed. These pieces are secured specifically for you.
